How can I return an item?

Easy! Just use our Contact Us page to send a return request. Make sure to include: product name, quantity, and your name as it appears on your order.

How long does it take a return or exchange to process?

Return shipment can take 1-2 weeks to arrive at our return center. Once we receive your shipment, the staff usually processes return orders within 1-3 business days. You will receive a refund confirmation email. The refund will be issued back to your original method of payment. Normally, this takes 3-5 business days.

Shipping

Typically $7.99 to $29.99, Nationwide (USA).  Larger products may have higher shipping rates.  Most shipping is through USPS Priority Mail.

When will my order arrive?

Most standard orders arrive within 3-5 business days. Most expedited orders arrive within 2 business days. Orders with custom products take a couple days longer until they shipped. You can find the information on each product page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! International rates vary by country. Please use our Contact Us page to inquire about the process.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?

Of course, we do! Just checkout as usual and wait for your order to arrive.

Something arrived damaged. What can I do?

We will send a replacement for you without any charge! Just tell us about your damaged item via our Contact Us page with your name as it appears on the order and your order number. Our staff will contact you within 1 business day.

How to track or cancel orders and more.

Order Tracking: where is my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once your order is shipped. If you do not see it, please make sure to doublecheck your spam/junk folder.
Tip: you can also check your order status by logging in your account.

My order was cancelled; do I need to do anything?

No. If you receive your order confirmation, we will not charge your credit card for cancelled order. No further action will be required.

My order status says, 'pending.' What does that mean?

'Pending' means that our system successfully received your order and we are processing it. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once your order is shipped.

What credit cards do you accept?

We process all orders through Paypal. You can use any major credit cards to checkout: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, or even your Paypal funds.
